A full architectural shingle replacement in Trinity, where a newer neighborhood roof had reached the end of its service life under the Florida sun.
The project
The original builder grade roof was worn and starting to show its age, and the homeowners were thinking ahead about protecting the house. They wanted a clean, code compliant roof built to last.
What we did
- Full tear off to the deck, with a board by board inspection and any needed repairs.
- New self adhered secondary water barrier and synthetic underlayment.
- Architectural shingles installed and fastened to current Florida Building Code for wind resistance.
- All new flashing, balanced attic ventilation, and a full magnet sweep of the property at the end.
The result
A fresh, durable roof with a rich architectural look, backed by a manufacturer material warranty and our written workmanship warranty, and built to current Florida Building Code.
